Our sites are designed and developed with these guidelines in mind. We use SiteImprove to continuously monitor our websites and surface opportunities to improve accessibility.

As part of our website experience, we:

  • Allow website visitors to view our accessibly guest room offerings with ease
  • Identify and describe accessible features of our guest rooms to enable a website visitor to understand if the guestroom meets his/her accessibility needs.

As part of our reservation processes, we:

  • Ensure that reservations for accessible guestrooms can be made during the same hours and in the same manner as all other guestrooms.
  • Ensure that accessible guest rooms are held for booking by individuals with accessibility requirements until all other guest rooms of that type have been booked and the accessible room requested is the only remaining room of that type.
  • Hold the specific accessible guest room type that is booked for the guest that made the booking.
