Guest Services Manager
The ideal candidate will effectively manage the Hotel's Front Office operation, including the Front Desk, Bell, Guest Service Operators, Night Audit and Valet Staff by providing quality service to the guest and provides leadership and motivation to the associates. He/she will train new associates in the Front Office. He/she will also field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solutions. He/she will work with the Front Office Manager to take action to resolve the problem and to ensure the situation has been handled properly.
The ideal candidate will be personable, outgoing and professional. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. 3-5 years previous Front Office and Guest Service Management experience in an upscale environment is required.
Director of Sales & Events
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Sales & Events Management professional who will develop, direct and motivate the Sales and Events Management team in an effort to exceed the Hotel's Room Sales and Catering Events budget. The ideal candidate will have previous proven success in motivating and directing a Sales & Events Management team in a luxury hotel environment. The perfect candidate will have four to ten years of successful luxury hotel Senior Sales management experience. He or she must have strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and effectively motivate their staff. Bachelor's Degree or higher credentials are required. Knowledge of Delphi and OPERA is a plus.
Food & Beverage Services Manager (F/T) (1)
Provides leadership to the Restaurant, In-Room Dining and the Lounge associates, as well as Food & Beverage Supervisors, while ensuring the ultimate guest experience. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership to the staff through on-going training, covering topics like sequence of service as well as food and wine knowledge. Must have previous experience effectively leading a restaurant operation, including hiring, training, scheduling and the overall motivation of the staff. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Experience with Micros is a plus.
Lounge Server (P/T: 1AM & 1PM) (2
Serves food & alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the Lounge to ensure the Hotel's high quality standards are met. Must have 2+ years prior service experience. Must have excellent customer service skills and must be able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner. Must have strong food and beverage knowledge. Micros and Open table experience is preferred. Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
Daytime Bell Person (Full Time)
He/she will assist guests with their luggage and will distribute all guest faxes and special deliveries. He/she will also drive the hotel shuttle, will be responsible for taking, preparing and delivering room service orders and will patrol the hotel and its grounds throughout their shift. He/she will work two graveyard and three daytime Bell Person shifts per week. The ideal candidate must have a clean DMV record and must be able to multi-task with limited supervision.
Maintenance Engineer – (F/T) (1)
Responsible for maintaining and repairing all mechanical equipment by performing various tasks, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, to ensure the Hotel is well kept. This individual will maintain, inspect, test and repair all mechanical areas and equipment that require attention. This individual also performs preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as scheduled. 2+ years hotel maintenance experience is preferred. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Must also be able to communicate effectively in English.
Guest Service Agent (F/T) (1)
Responsible for checking guests in/out in a friendly and courteous manner while ensuring all of the guests' expectations are exceeded. Also responsible for answering all external and internal calls in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Must have excellent verbal communication skills to include speaking clearly and in a professional tone of voice. He/she will also assist guests with special requests and concierge services. Previous hotel experience is preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Honor Bar Attendant (P/T) (1)
Responsible for servicing all guestrooms' Honor Bars while ensuring the hotel’s high quality standards are met. He/she will enter all guestrooms and check the Honor Bar for consumption and restock as necessary. He/she will also note all consumed items and forwards information to the Front Desk for proper billing to guest folio. Must be able to push 75+ pounds. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Previous hotel experience is a plus.
Steward – (F/T) (1)
Responsible for running the dish machine and washing all pots and pans, as well as all other equipment as necessary. This person also maintain the Kitchen area, ensuring it is kept clean and assisting in the breaking down of all product deliveries. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Housekeeping Supervisor (Full Time)
The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist the Housekeeping Managers in the effective management and direction of the Housekeeping staff to include Turndown Attendants, Laundry Attendants and House person by providing quality service to the guest and excellent leadership to the associates. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years Housekeeping experience. He/she must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus but is not mandatory. He/she must be able to work nights and weekends, as this position is primarily nights.
Duck Club Food Server (Full Time Evening)
Responsible for providing excellent service to the patrons of the Duck Club restaurant, including taking orders, delivering food and accommodating guest requests. Must have 2+ years serving experience as well as strong food and wine knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Knowledge of Micros and Open Table is preferred. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
